1. Inspection of appearance and function
The appearance and function inspection is carried out from the entire system. It mainly detects whether the flow and measurement of the refueling gun has been affected after the oil and gas recovery and transformation, and whether the power supply voltage has been affected. Whether the gas-liquid ratio adjuster of the refueling gun is normal, whether the manufacturing unit of the refueling machine after the transformation has a manufacturing license, etc.
The tightness calibration of the oil and gas recovery system refers to the tightness test of a real pipeline system for oil and gas recovery. The calculated final pressure value is compared with the minimum residual pressure limit to determine whether the tightness calibration result of the gas station meets the requirements. If the requirements are met, the entire system should be inspected to find out where the leaks are, so as to ensure the integrity of the entire oil and gas recovery system. If the gas station's airtightness is not good, its oil and gas recovery system is like a dummy, it can only be used as a decoration, and it cannot achieve the purpose of oil and gas recovery.
The liquid resistance of oil and gas recovery is to open the entire system and communicate with the atmosphere, fill the oil and gas recovery pipeline with nitrogen at a specified nitrogen flow rate, and simulate the passage of oil and gas through the recovery pipeline. Use a pressure gauge or equivalent device to detect the liquid resistance of the gas through the pipeline, and understand the degree of resistance to the gas in the pipeline due to various reasons to determine whether it affects oil and gas recovery. If oil and gas is recovered, it must be maintained by the relevant unit to ensure that the liquid resistance meets the requirements.
The ratio of the volume of oil and gas collected during refueling to the volume of gasoline that is simultaneously charged into the tank. The gas-liquid ratio of various oil and gas recovery systems should be in the range of 1.0 or more and 1.2 or less.
